Administrative Easement for Mining Activity
The mineral easement is an administrative act that aims to create an area (inside or outside the mining polygon) in order to make the mining enterprise viable.
This act is commonly used to implement the necessary infrastructure for the execution of the mining and is usually applied when there is a dispute between the holder and the owner of the land where the project infrastructure is to be implemented.
