Division of the Deposit Boundary in Depth
The procedure aims to set the limit of the deposit or mine in depth by horizontal surface when, at the discretion of ANM, the dismemberment(s) aimed at does not compromise the rational use of the pre-existing deposit or mine.
The setting of limits in depth by horizontal surface of the mining concession may be at the initiative of the holder of the mining rights; exceptionally, at the request of an interested party or ex officio by the ANM.
