Art. 103. The Utilization Guide (GU) will be issued for the mineral substances listed in the Annex IV table, observing the maximum quantities specified therein. Sole Paragraph. The ANM Collegiate Board may grant a GU for other substances not listed in the table, as well as for quantities exceeding the maximum limits established therein, provided it is duly justified.
