The National Mining Agency (ANM) has announced the extension of deadlines for payment and application for mining titles in the 8th Round of Area Availability, through a rectification in Notice No. 1/2024. The measure was adopted after participants faced difficulties in authorizing payments due to security protocols of financial institutions.
With the change, the deadline for payment of the fee and the winning bid has been extended and will now run from October 23rd to November 14th, 2024. The period for applying for mining titles has been extended and will take place between October 23rd, at 8 am, and December 12th, 2024, at 2 pm.
